Weather forecast: Spring has sprung!

Friday nights: At 8pm our favorite band plays in Cikanska Jizba, better known as Gypsy Bar. Get ready to dance on the tables!

Saturday mornings 8.30 to 12.30 : Farmers Market just up the street! Fill up with cakes, fresh veggies and support our local growers!

Sunday nights: At 8pm a singalong at our favourite Czech restaurant. Songbooks included! at 10pm, bring a mug and some wine to THE STOLEN GALLERY, where every week a local or visiting artist shows their latest oeuvres.

Krumlov House awarded “Best Hostel in Czech Republic” and “Best Atmosphere”

The Krumlov House/ Literary Bohemian Writer’s Retreat

Looking for that elusive “room of one’s own” in Europe? This year, Krumlov House unveils THE WRITER’S ROOM. Replete with a view to the castle tower and town spires, unlimited ADSL/wireless connection, small tea and coffee kitchenette, and a writer’s library. Price: 600 CZK (25 EUR) per night for one person. If the writer’s room is unavailable, we can offer you a private attic room with desk for the same price.
Krumlov House is home to The Literary Bohemian. We can provide your group (up to 25 people) all you need for an inspiring stay –  visits to local artisans, Czech immersion language class, guided writing activities, hiking, biking, mushroom hunting, guláš cooking class, and evening history/folklore tour — the possibilities are only limited to your imagination.
